  • Investment intent data: available capital range, free-text inquiry message.

No sensitive personal data is collected as defined by GDPR Article 9 (data on racial origin, health, political opinions, religion, etc.).

3. Lawful Basis & Purposes of Processing

Necessary for the performance of a service request (GDPR Art. 6.1.b)

  • Respond to your inquiry about Miami preconstruction luxury projects.
  • Contact you via WhatsApp, email or phone to address your inquiry.
  • Accompany you through the selection, evaluation and eventual purchase of a property.
  • Coordinate the introduction with the relevant developer and, where requested, with the network of attorneys and tax advisors.
  • Comply with the obligations of NAR's official International REALTOR® Members program.

With your explicit consent (GDPR Art. 6.1.a)

  • Send you occasional market analyses, project updates and editorial newsletters.
  • Improve website browsing experience through statistical analytics.

4. Data Sharing & International Transfers

  • Miami real estate developers in projects you wish to engage with, exclusively to manage your official introduction to the project.
  • Network of attorneys and tax advisors specialized in foreign buyers, only when you request evaluation of legal structures (LLC, FIRPTA, etc.).
  • Technology platforms for customer relationship management (CRM), email delivery and scheduling, under contracts that ensure confidentiality and adequate data processing.

International transfers may occur to the United States. Such transfers are conducted in strict compliance with applicable data protection regulations and only when necessary to fulfill the primary purposes. Your data will not be shared with third parties for unrelated commercial purposes without your explicit consent.

5. Your Rights

Under GDPR, CCPA, and applicable international data protection laws, you have the following rights:

  • Right to access your personal data and information about how it's processed.
  • Right to rectification when data is inaccurate or incomplete.
  • Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten").

Once these periods have elapsed, the data will be securely deleted.
